Cooler dryers remove water vapour from Stack and Exhaust Emission gases, before analysis by ambient analysers. Available in 1, 2 or 3 channels with peristaltic drain pumps and alarm monitoring for each.

SAMPLE GAS HOT/WET CONDITIONER
MODEL 340 DISTRIBUTION OVEN
Delivers hot, filtered sample gas at regulated pressure throughout the gas analysis system. The Model 340 comprises a temperature controlled oven assembly, housing a particulate filter and metered manifold. Filter removal and individual flow adjustment of three outlet channels is easily achieved via the front panel. Sample gas pressure is displayed on the front panel and a thermocouple socket on the rear panel allows sample temperature to be monitored remotely.

Designed to convey hot exhaust gases from sample points and probes to gas analyzer, without compromising sample integrity. With safety a major consideration the tough, flexible line is electrically isolated from the main supply and is thermally insulated to allow handling even at full temperature.

HEATED PREFILTER AND MULTIPOINT SAMPLER
SERIES 300 / 352 PREFILTER
These units are designed so that sample gas can be selected from various points for individual cylinder measurements or other multipoint selection reasons such as engine cell selection. The unit is normally mounted upstream of the inlet to the 350 Series Prefilter unit. A heated oven (191 °C) is fitted with a manifold of air actuated ball valves each of which can deal with dirty test samples without prior filtration. The oven is fitted with wiring and temperature controller to a 19” rack mounted enclosure and has either 4, 6, 8 or 10 selectable gas sample inlets. Shown here mounted on an optional trolley.
